The definition of a good road trip means planning out some great pit stops along the way. In looking out from our brewhouse windows to the beer garden across Congress Street, we loved having 67 Degrees Brewing as neighbors last fall in Downtown Boston. That said, we are collaborating with 67 Degrees Brewing (just a few pit stops away from us in Franklin, MA) to bring you PIT STOP 67. This third release of our Brewing The American Dream Collaboration Series is an Apricot & Fig Berliner Weisse featuring light fruity acidity with notes of stone fruits and rich fig and the perfect beer for a New England roadtrip.
The inspiration of travel is fitting for this collaboration, as 67 Degree Brewing founder Olivier found his own inspiration from his travels in search of the next great pint. Our common goal to share our passion for exciting craft brews with everyone in our community has allowed for this brew to come to life. From simple conversations on how both 67 Degree Brewing and Sam Adams Taproom are “must hit pit stops” for any beer enthusiast traveling through Boston, to exploring having fruits with pits in the recipe, this beer has a lot of love at its core.
Join both Sam Adams and 67 Degrees Brewing for the release party on Thursday, August 10th from 6-9pm where we will be featuring a special plate from Gourmet Kreyol, island sounds by DJ Carlitos Wave, and crowlers to-go with beautifully designed collaborative crowler wraps.
The Brewing the American Dream Series is created with the mission to support and highlight the incredible talent in the local brewing community, a goal that very closely ties to Sam Adams' Brewing the American Dream program. Collaborations in 2023 thus far have featured local regional breweries including Rhythm Brewing Co.
