Frequently Asked Questions

Know Before You Visit:

• Do you serve food?

  Yes! We have delicious bar snack food available for purchase during your visit. Please order with a bartender and you will be handed a buzzer. When that buzzer goes off, your food is ready to be picked up at one of our food stations. Please note: we are NOT a full-service restaurant!

• I have a food allergy! Do you have food / drink available for me?

  Please tell your bartender about your allergy so we can alert our kitchen. We do have a limited selection of Gluten Free (our tater tots + Wildberry Truly Hard Seltzer) and veggie friendly items.

• Can I get a table for 4?

  Our Taproom seating is first come, first serve! Grab a table and head to the bar to place your beverage and food order. For larger groups, we offer dedicated rental areas of our space. Please head to our Rentals page for more details.

• Are Pets Allowed?

  We’d love to say ‘yes’ to your pets but unfortunately we do not allow animals at our location. Task trained service animals are the only exception to this rule and our security team will ask this question upon your arrival. Please see Massachusetts Office on Disabilities “About service and assistance animals” for details on ADA service animals.

• Is your Taproom 21+ or All Ages?

  Our Taproom is 21+ with a valid, unexpired ID that has a photo of you or a Passport that is required for entry and will be checked at our door. Digital copies of IDs will NOT be accepted. Minors will only be admitted when accompanied by a 21+ parent or guardian before 8pm and MUST be supervised at all times. We will make exceptions to this rule for exclusively 21+ events!

• Is your Taproom Handicapped-Accessible?

  Yes! Our Taproom features an elevator making it easy to access all 3 of our Taproom levels as well as handicap stalls in both of our restroom areas.

 

Music:

• Do you host live music?

  Yes! We offer weekly live music at our location as well as music during specific ticketed events. In the winter and spring, we offer Acoustic Thursdays & Band Fridays in our Beer Hall and in the summer/fall, we host DJ Weekends on our Rooftop space. Check out our acts on our Events page.

• I’m a musician that performs solo / is part of a band / DJs. How can I get booked?

  Thanks for your interest in playing at our Taproom space and we’re looking forward to hearing from you! Please reach out to BTAPsupport@bostonbeer.com with your social media channels + links to your music or sets and we’ll reach out should you be a good fit for our space.

 

Donations:

• Can I get free beer for my event / organization?

  Maybe! Please send details to Donations@bostonbeer.com and they can provide further information.

 

Drinks:

• Do you serve anything besides beer?

  As far as alcohol, we have Truly Wildberry Hard Seltzer on draft on Line 7 that has been on that line since our opening in 2020 and has not been cross-contaminated with any beer. Otherwise, we have a list of soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please find all beverages listed under our "What's On Tap" page.
